Findhelp.org is an online platform that connects individuals with free and low-cost social services in their local communities. It allows users to search for assistance in areas such as:
- Food assistance (food pantries, meal programs)
- Housing support (emergency shelter, rent assistance)
- Healthcare services (mental health, medical care)
- Employment resources (job training, career counseling)
- Financial assistance (utility bills, child care)

Community Assistance
- When: Mondays & Thursdays, 3 – 5 p.m.; Wednesdays, 10 a.m. – Noon
- Where: Study Room B, 4th Floor
Staff from the City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development are here to assist residents with applying for community resources such as rental assistance, utility assistance, and food stamps, and to provide referrals to other available community resources.
Help with Food Assistance
- When: Tuesdays, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Where: Study Room A, 4th Floor
The Palm Beach County Food Bank offers assistance with food services through its Benefits Outreach Program. Get help with SNAP (food stamps) applications, Medicaid applications, and cash assistance. Services are available in English and Spanish. To make an appointment, email Stephany@PBCFoodBank.org. Walk-ins are also welcome and will be attended as time permits.
Job Help

- When: 1st Wednesday of each month, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Where: Computer Lab, 2nd Floor

Lois’ Food4Kids
- When: Pick up – while supplies last
- Where: KidSpace, 3rd Floor
Lois’ Food4Kids gives each child aged 5-12 one bag of food that includes two drinks, two breakfasts, two lunches, two snacks, and one family dinner.
